Shipping
Every order is managed under Samina Mughal service standards from purchase through delivery. We ship throughout the United States and to supported destinations worldwide using trusted services from FedEx, UPS, DHL, and other established carriers.
Complimentary insured U.S. standard shipping is available on eligible dress orders of $250 or more shipped within the contiguous United States. The qualifying subtotal is calculated after discounts and before taxes. Shipping for orders below $250, expedited delivery, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, oversized shipments, and international destinations is shown at checkout.
Eligible dress shipments are carefully packed and include tracking. High-value orders may require a signature at delivery.
Processing & Delivery Time
Most in-stock dresses are prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days. This consistent processing window allows time for availability confirmation, order review, quality control, and careful preparation. Special-order, made-to-order, pre-order, or personalized pieces may require additional time; any longer timeframe will be shown on the product page or communicated after purchase.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Standard U.S. delivery generally takes an additional 3–7 business days after carrier pickup. International delivery generally takes an additional 5–12 business days after carrier pickup, depending on destination and service. Customs clearance, local regulations, weather, public holidays, and carrier disruptions can extend these estimates.
For time-sensitive events, order as early as possible and allow additional time for international transit, customs clearance, and alterations.

These ranges are planning estimates for a typical single-gown shipment, not guaranteed flat rates. The final checkout rate is based on destination, carrier service, packaged weight, dimensions, and the number of items ordered.
Duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and import fees may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country, may be calculated at checkout or collected by the carrier, and are the customer's responsibility.
Product Weight & Country of Origin
Product weight and manufacturing origin vary by style, size, fabric, embellishment, and packaging. Exact verified style information is used whenever available. When an exact garment weight is not supplied, a typical gown is estimated at approximately 3 lb for preliminary shipping calculations. The final packaged weight may differ.
Country of origin is maintained by style for customs and product-data purposes when verified. Origin information may appear on the garment label, customs documentation, or applicable product data.
Final Sale & Purchase Confidence
Our luxury dresses and designer collections are secured specifically for each customer. All purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit for fit, preference, event cancellation, or change of mind, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
