We offer worldwide shipping through trusted courier partners, including FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
Complimentary standard ground shipping is available on all orders over $300 within the continental United States.
Orders under $300, as well as all international orders, are shipped at calculated rates based on destination and the delivery method selected at checkout.
Processing Time
All orders are prepared and processed prior to shipment. Processing times may vary depending on the style, availability, and whether the item is ready-to-ship or made-to-order.
Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Certain couture pieces and designer collections may require additional processing time prior to shipment due to the nature of the design, availability, or customization.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times vary based on destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Returns & Store Credit Policy
At Samina Mughal®, we offer luxury couture dresses and designer collections curated for special occasions. To provide confidence in your purchase while maintaining the integrity of our collections, returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Approved returns are issued as store credit only and are not eligible for refunds.
Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and returned in original condition with all tags attached. Items showing any signs of wear, use, or alteration will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Final Sale Items
Custom pieces, made‑to‑order items, sale items, and select couture collections are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit unless defective or incorrect upon delivery.
