We ship worldwide via trusted courier partners, including FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
Complimentary standard shipping is offered on orders over $300 within the United States.
Orders under $300, as well as all international orders, are shipped at calculated rates based on destination and the delivery method selected at checkout.
Orders are processed and dispatched on business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated in accordance with the destination country and are handled as part of the delivery process by our shipping partners or, where applicable, at checkout.
Delivery is made on a door‑to‑door basis. Any duties or taxes assessed are determined by local authorities and are non‑refundable.
Shipping carriers or local customs agencies may contact you directly if additional information is required to complete delivery.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout. While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, actual transit times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
For time‑sensitive orders, we recommend contacting us prior to purchase for guidance.
Returns & Store Credit
Due to the nature of our collections and in line with industry standards for occasion and formalwear, we do not accept returns for refunds.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will review the issue promptly.
Where approved, eligible returns may be issued store credit to be used toward a future purchase. Returned items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration will not be accepted.
All approved returns must be shipped back using a reputable shipping carrier with tracking. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend retaining proof of shipment, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Please note that custom pieces, made‑to‑order items, and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit.
