2. Use of the Site
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree not to use our products or services for an unlawful purpose or violate applicable laws or regulations.
3. Products & Services
Our collections include formal, evening, bridal, and occasionwear. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided as accurately as possible; however, variations in color, fit, and detailing may occur because of screen settings, lighting, and manufacturing processes. We may limit quantities, discontinue styles, or modify offerings without notice.
4. Pricing & Payments
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order suspected of fraud, unauthorized resale, pricing error, inventory error, or policy abuse. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers.
5. Shipping, Delivery & Duties
Shipping terms, processing estimates, international delivery details, and duties or taxes are stated in our Shipping Policy and Shipping & Returns page. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, severe weather, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
6. Returns, Final Sale & Order Issues
For purchases completed directly on saminamughal.com, all designer dresses, gowns, bridalwear, formalwear, special-order items, and sale merchandise are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not issue store credit for change of mind, fit, sizing, event cancellation, color preference, or ordering multiple sizes, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 3 calendar days after confirmed delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy. This is a reporting deadline for order problems, not a general return window. Do not return an item without written authorization.
Purchases completed through a third-party marketplace are subject to that marketplace's mandatory rules when they differ from our direct-website policy.
7. Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing the designer-specific size chart and providing accurate sizing, shipping address, and contact information at checkout.
8. Intellectual Property
Site content, including original images, text, graphics, logos, and Samina Mughal trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Samina Mughal and may not be used without permission. Third-party designer names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Samina Mughal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or purchase of products. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the affected product, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or services for violations of these Terms or applicable policies.

We may update these Terms. Changes will be posted here, and continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
