6. Returns & Store Credit
Due to the nature of our collections and in line with industry standards for formal and occasionwear, we do not offer refunds.
Where approved, eligible returns may be issued store credit only, in accordance with our Shipping & Returns policy and Refund Policy.
Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and returned in original condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, damage, odor, makeup marks, or alteration will not be accepted.
Custom pieces, made‑to‑order items, special orders, and sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit.
7. Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details, including sizing, shipping address, and contact information at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
